A-Level Courses for Home-Educated Students.

Inspiring independence, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning.

Seminar-style classes designed to prepare students for university and beyond.

We love the quote by Arthur Aufderheide: 'All knowledge is connected to all other knowledge. The fun is in making the connections.' At A-Level, our goal is to help students discover those connections for themselves.

Transitioning to A Level requires a step up in critical thinking, more profound analysis and independent research. We guide students through this transition with the same care, expertise, and tailored support we offer at GCSE. Our A-Level classes operate like university seminars. They are live, interactive, and strictly 'cameras on'. This allows us to foster a culture of open debate, where students can confidently articulate their thoughts, challenge assumptions, and safely explore complex ideas together.

Taught by highly qualified subject specialists and experienced examiners, our students receive weekly, detailed feedback. We focus not just on passing the exam but on equipping students with the empathetic and analytical tools they need for careers in law, journalism, publishing, education, and the creative industries.

Our A-Level English and Literature courses challenge students to analyse a broad range of texts from classic plays to contemporary prose. We focus on synthesising ideas, evaluating perspectives, and crafting purposeful, articulate essays, as well as taking time to celebrate the power and beauty of the written word.

More than just entertainment, film and media reflect and shape the world in which we live. Studying the workings of these thriving UK industries is an astute move both academically and socially. Our rigorous, academic, highly analytical courses develop technical, creative and research skills and are great fun.

For students looking to understand the mechanics of our world and the systems that impact our daily lives. Our A Level courses in Sociology and Politics foster social, political and global awareness, advanced critical thinking and a deeper understanding of the impact we can make as individuals.

Expert Guidance Every Step of the Way

Even at A-Level, no student should feel lost in the crowd. Our small group sizes ensure that every student is known and understood. Whether they need gentle, confidence-building progression or rigorous academic stretch and challenge for university admissions, we provide the individual time and tailored feedback necessary for them to excel.

Personalised Support
Exam Centre & NEA Support

We take the guesswork out of private candidacy by providing all-in-one academic support, including supervision, authentication, marking and submission of coursework (NEAs). Our process is carefully structured to maximise student potential and our partnerships with UK exam centres ensure the assessment process is smooth.

Seminar Style Learning

We don't deliver pre-recorded webinars, and we don't do crowded lectures. We teach. We provide differentiated materials and thoroughly mark work to gauge understanding. We provide personalised targets and detailed advice tailored to individual students and the way they learn. Our small-group, seminar-style classes are student focused and safe.
